Paris Chai, an attorney and  REALTOR® (since 2003), is the owner and Principal Broker of Hawai`i Nei Realty LLC.

In addition, Paris is a rental property manager, with condominium property management experience.

Paris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hawaii in English literature, and earned a Doctorate of Juris Prudence from Santa Clara University, School of Law.

Licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii since 1987, Paris initially served as a Deputy Prosecuting attorney, specializing in trial litigation and lobbying.  Paris was also a lobbyist for Verizon for ten-years, and Executive Director of a law museum located at the Hawaii State Supreme Court.

Born and raised in Hawaii instilled her with a deep understanding, fond appreciation and familiarity with Hawaii's natural beauty, unique history, and aloha spirit in community, business, and real estate affairs.

Paris traveled extensively throughout the State of Hawaii, continental United States, Europe, Russia, and Asia, which further diversifies her cultural aptitude.

She is an active supporter of efforts that promote health, environment, education, and the arts.

Paris enjoys engaging in church activities; and volunteering for organizations which aim to help others as a contributing member, and in some instances as a Board of Director and officer.

Water sports (surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling), hiking, walking and doggy-surfing with her Australian shepherd, and playing guitar are her passions.
